These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Iduji platform, including iduji.com and related services (the “Platform”). The Platform is an app discovery and reference service that provides information and pointers to applications hosted on external app stores. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you (the “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced herein. You represent that you have the legal capacity to form these obligations and that you will comply with applicable laws. Iduji reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including but not limited to software, code, architecture, databases, designs, graphics, logos, and text (collectively, the “Iduji IP”), are owned by Iduji or its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted herein, no rights are conferred to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the Iduji IP in any form without prior written permission from Iduji. If you submit content to the Platform (for example, feedback or user submissions), you grant Iduji a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works of that content solely for purposes related to operating, maintaining, and improving the Platform.

3. Third-Party Links and External Apps

The Platform functions as a discovery and referral resource that includes links and references to applications hosted on third-party platforms, notably Google Play. The apps themselves are not hosted on iduji.com; they reside on external services and are accessed through links or redirects provided by the Platform.

All interactions with third-party apps and platforms, including Google Play, are governed by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. Iduji does not control or guarantee the availability, safety, or content of any third-party apps, nor does it warrant the accuracy or reliability of information provided by such apps. The presence of links on the Platform does not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with the third parties, and Iduji bears no responsibility for the external services or content provided by them.

4. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Iduji makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform’s operation or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Platform. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Iduji disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title.

Iduji does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be suspended or terminated at any time without notice. In no event shall Iduji or its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.
